She enjoys the day to day contact with both property owners and tenants and understands completely, the necessity to finding solutions to problems in a timely fashion. She is always mindful that Asset Management is the primary focus of the role and that it is vital that a property is well cared for while being tenanted and that owner’s are seeking to make solid, long-term returns on their property investment.

With a desire to succeed, Jess has purchased her first home at the age of 18, 11 years on she is passionate to build her personal investment portfolio. She recently purchased a second property in Christchurch. This insight and experience of property ownership sets her apart when it comes to managing landlords’ valuable assets.
