He is specialised in project management of industrial buildings and has developed speciality knowledge of building assessment reports including; long term maintenance plans for body corporates under the Unit Titles Act and specialist advice on seismic building updgrades.
Jeremy has an in-depth understanding of both the Auckland and Christchurch markets.
He heads the company operations enabling him to consult and direct on a diverse range of projects including; lease and sale negotiations, tenant representation, development management due diligence and fund monitoring.
