Jennifer Birch

With a strong family history in real estate, spanning a combined 26 years in the industry, it was only a matter of time before Jennifer Birch made it a career. She experienced her first taste of the industry working as the Sales Assistant to her Mother where her sales and marketing skills on the phone often translated into listings, and then to sales.

Jennifer has a background in Early Childhood but in more recent times has branched out and experienced a range of marketing and sales roles where she was praised for being highly professional and providing comprehensive reporting and valuable, open and honest feedback. Her work ethic and skill not only made her successful in her career, but also made a strong contribution to the growth of the businesses she worked for.

With a raft of qualifications and a diverse background, Jennifer not only has her Real Estate Certificate, she’s also completed various business courses, is qualified in computing, has been a member of the Performing Arts School for eight years where she gained a range of Certificate’s in Dance and Theatre as a hobby and has also acquired an Early Childhood Education Diploma too.

Jennifer has lived and breathed the area for the past 25 years, and having living a stone’s throw away from the office for the past ten, she knows everything the area has to offer. She’s actively involved in the community and has built many strong personal relationships through her volunteer work as the local Neighbourhood Support contact and through her involvement with her son’s schools and soccer club. There’s no doubt that once Jennifer establishes herself in her own right, she’ll become the local real estate specialist.

A person of strong personal values, Jennifer loves working for Barfoot & Thompson, a company which makes such a valuable contribution to important charities and organisations like the Starship Foundation which is very important to Jennifer given her background in Early Childhood Education. Her family values equate to her being an amazing mother who is exceptionally proud of her son – a past attendee of Swanson Primary School where he was a head boy and who is currently a member of the Shine Programme for gifted and talented children at the local high school.

When she isn’t working, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family, snowboarding in winter, boarding at the beach in summer, running her dog through the local community and spending time on her property and gardening.
