Janine Hodgson

Janine’s background is in selling residential and lifestyle property in the Warkworth and Mahurangi Peninsula however Janine moved to the Manawatu over 10 years ago for schooling opportunities for her children and now considers it home. “The Manawatu has so much to offer in lifestyle, community involvement and the commercial environment”.

In the last four years Janine has been with a local real estate company where for the first three years was in the Property Management division and then in the last year transferred to the commercial sector and has not looked back.

Janine is now the newest member of the Colliers International Palmerston North team and is optimistic at the prospect of where the future will lead her to. “I see the region moving forward in the next decade and am excited to be part of the future progress of Manawatu. As a region we have so much growth potential and it’s time to let the rest of the country know about us”.
