James works with both buyers and sellers, he has a true passion for a wide range of real estate from multi-million dollar new construction to first time home buyers, working with investors, tear downs, vacant land and the entire scope of residential real estate service.
James has lived in New Zealand for the past 16 years and speaking fluent English and Chinese, this allows him to communicate across different cultures and to target a wider range of potential buyers for his vendors. He always makes sure to give all his clients the necessary attention they need, he believes in working with a solid network of professionals to get the job done and feels very fortunate to be able to help others.
When James is not selling Real Estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife and the lovely daughter, his passions also include sports, music and travel.
