Irene would have to be the best agent I have dealt with in 30 yrs. and I have purchased many properties over the years, she is punctual, had a great area knowledge and did not talk up faults trying to cover them up like a lot of agents. She pointed out areas of interest in the property she also went out of her way to show me a couple of comparable properties in the area which helped me in attaining an offer price. Her negotiation skills were honest and direct to both buyer and seller which is great, a no bullshit approach which sealed a deal of which both parties were happy with in a short time frame. As this sale was right before Christmas where most agents slack off she had everything done and to the lawyers in the fastest possible time frame. After the sale was completed I received a lovely gift and bottle of wine from her and the company which was a lovely surprise.
