Auckland born and raised on both sides of the Tasman; Holly has been steeped in the world of property from the moment she was born with strong family real estate connections. Initially employed as a PA in St Heliers, she worked in reception and client care for four years in Meadowbank and then became licensed. A year with her grandmother Cheryl Whiting, a high-profile real estate master, was a successful collaboration and together they ran an office selling off the plan for the Kensington Park development in Orewa. Ten years ago, a pivotal moment meeting the team at Ray White Epsom brought her into the Ray White Group, where she worked alongside her grandmother and helped many Elite and Chairman Elite agents in the business. She joined Ray White Auckland Central in 2023 and brings her experience in administration, client care and sales negotiation to the team.

Holly’s background means she has vast expertise in every task associated with a property’s campaign. Details oriented and tech savvy, she has outstanding marketing skills and an aesthetic eye to optimize the visual tools harnessed to promote a home. Her track record of dealing with high scale multi-unit developments, off-plan sales, luxury homes and new build apartments sets her apart from the crowd. A former Miss Universe, Holly is well-travelled and has a wealth of connections in New Zealand and across the world.

She has a busy personal life and adores her role part-time parenting three boys with their Dad - partner Ross. She prioritizes fitness and loves boot camp and beach workouts as well as her long-time passion for dance to stay in shape.
