With the cold winter now upon us, Auckland Real Estate market seems also cooling down a lot recently. Vendors and buyers are all pondering and waiting for the good opportunity to sell and buy according to changed policy. However, 36 Rathgar Road only listed 29 days and had been sold successfully was absolutely a huge achievement! Especially because this was the second time listed after the first time with another agency, failed to sell.

I am so appreciative for Helena YU and her team at JK Realty group, who took charge of all the preparation for the sale to go ahead, for example outdoor and indoor cleaning and marketing strategies.
