Heather Thorburn

Heather’s career in Real Estate began when she joined LJ Hooker Whangarei in March 2000. In her first year she was named Rookie of the Year for Northland and gained entry to the LJ Hooker Captains Club (which represents the top 10% of all LJ Hooker salespeople) in 2002 and 2003.

Later in 2003 Heather qualified for the LJ Hooker Multi-Million Dollar Chapter which put her in the top 5% of the company’s salespeople – something to be very proud of in an Australasian company with over 700 offices. In 2008 after six consecutive years in this top echelon Heather achieved Life Membership. In 2012 after adding 11 consecutive years in Captains Club, Heather is now a Platinum Life Member - the highest achievement possible to reach in the LJ Hooker network.

In addition to this successful sales record she has consistently been a finalist in the National Customer Service Awards for the LJ Hooker group.

Coming from a background of Banking and Event Management Heather has learnt valuable people skills which put her at ease with people from all walks of life. She is married with two adult children, currently on their O.E. She has always had a great love of animals and has three Miniature Longhaired Dachshunds which are her pride and joy.
