中介简介

My successful sales record is a reflection of my commitment to getting the job done".

Committed to achieving excellence in the real estate industry, Heather Fewtrell is responsible for the successful completion of millions of dollars in property sales throughout the Franklin/Papakura region. Heather specializes in rural/lifestyle sales and feels 'right at home' serving the rural community having been born and raised in the Taranaki countryside.

Eventually choosing to move to a warmer climate, Heather settled in the Bombay area just south of Auckland - buying and selling a number of lifestyle properties over the next 18 years. Over this period Heather developed a keen interest in real estate and decided to take up an administrative position with a local property agent - spending seven years in the role developing skills which have made her an extremely successful salesperson.

Returning to the land after this first foray into the real estate industry, Heather launched her own floriculture business which she operated intensively and successfully for a decade. Her abiding passion for real estate remained, however.

Initially joining a franchised property agency in the early 1990's, Heather quickly attained the rank of national rural/lifestyle salesperson of the year and held this internal title for the next four years. By 1998, Heather has come to the attention of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, taking the runner-up title of Auckland Rural/Lifestyle Salesperson of the Year. In the following year, 1999, Heather was pronounced category winner - Auckland Rural/Lifestyle Salesperson of the Year- by the institute.

Attracted to Barfoot & Thompson by its renowned commitment to service and specialist marketing, Heather joined the firm in 2000. Heather once again excelled in her rural/lifestyle market segment - working across the price brackets, but with a particular flair for premium properties - and has consistently held a second and third placing on the national sales register.
