As a manager, Hannah likes to be known as a person who has inspired and challenged individuals to be the best they can, while also encouraging them to see things differently and achieve in a way they might not normally have done. She believes in creating a positive culture that people want to be part of and does this by being supportive, consistent, encouraging, enthusiastic, and unflappable.
Customer satisfaction is highly important to Hannah and this, she believes, reflects a team that is happy and highly motivated. She also makes it a priority to keep up-to-date with the latest property market trends and because real estate is constantly changing with new information, systems, and policies, Hannah regularly attends training seminars and encourages her team to do the same.
An innovative leader, Hannah has forged beneficial relationships within the local business sector by establishing a business network, which, in turn, makes connections and brings opportunities back to the office. A sense of community is also important to Hannah and her team; Ray White Full Circle supports Ronald McDonald House Charities New Zealand supporting programmes that strengthen Kiwi families throughout their children’s medical journeys, ensuring they are better placed to cope and help their children heal.
When not at work, Hannah can be found relaxing on the golf course, spending time with family, at the gym, walking, or enjoying her hobby – painting works of art.
