Gregg Tickelpenny

Gregg commenced his working life as an accountant.  Gaining a chartered accounting status of CA, a qualification still held today.  Whilst in accounting Gregg became interested in property investment and the mechanics of running a real estate practice. 
In 1999 a change of career saw Gregg purchase United Realty (now Ray White) a longstanding local real estate business.  He has lived in Te Awamutu his entire life. Gregg is a sporting fanatic with interests in rugby, rugby league, tennis, cricket and fishing.

Gregg believes real estate has changed in recent years where relationship building is now required more than ever. People expect service and the right advice with some of their most valued assets at stake. Internet and databasing are now critical tools to optimise opportunity. We have built up these contacts and invested in communications to achieve this.

The Te Awamutu office has now expanded to include offices in Otorohanga, Te Kuiti,Tokoroa, Taumarunui and most recently Raglan. Offering services in residential, lifestyle,rural and commercial.

Gregg and the team at Ray White have a clear goal - to achieve the highest price  for each vendor by marketing each home to the widest possible market, and developing a marketing strategy to bring multipile offers to the vendors.
