Greg Powell AREINZ, Dip Bus RM

Having spent close to 17 years overseas, my family and I returned to Christchurch in January 2002 to settle down and continue with the establishment of my New Zealand based residential and project-marketing business, specialising in the marketing of top-end residential properties, residential subdivisions and apartment projects. My expertise is in the area of specialised marketing, I am able to offer my clients a wealth of knowledge and experience within the field of my chosen passion, residential real estate and project marketing.

Having held senior management and marketing positions with two large public companies until 1989, I decided to move out of the corporate arena and into the property sector where I have found reputable success and huge satisfaction. I still hold to this passion today, having spent seven years as joint director of two highly successful/multi award winning Harcourts Queensland real estate businesses. I have been fortunate to achieve local and national recognition with numerous marketing and management awards. My focus has been to lead by example and build a united sales and marketing team around my business interests.

The diversity within my management structure allows me to fulfil two principle roles. Firstly, as Branch Manager for the seaside boutique office of Harcourts Sumner. And secondly within a direct sales and marketing role. Over the years I have continued to further my educational and industry related knowledge, gaining a Diploma of Business, specialising in Real Estate Management, my full AREINZ, various marketing and management diplomas along with other recognised industry Licences and Certificates.
