Grant Young

Grant Young has more than 20 years experience in the Wellington commercial and industrial property market and is one of a small group of top performing agents who are also Bayleys Capital Commercial shareholders.

Grant has a Bachelor of Property Administration and joined Bayleys Wellington in 1993 after three years as a registered valuer and research analyst. He specialises in investment and development sales in the Wellington CBD core and city fringe and in the Hutt Valley. Over the last decade he has concluded close to 300 property transactions with a total value in excess of $250million.

Grant has good experience in selling earthquake prone properties. He also is a Bayleys Super Giver for personally contributing over $1,000 to Make A Wish NZ.

A large proportion of Grant’s work comes from long-established clients and word-of-mouth referral business. Strategically-planned property marketing campaigns designed to achieve premium market prices within a defined time frame are a hallmark of his business approach.
