Grant is a highly profesional and educated choice of agent with a Grad Dip Bus (Real Estate) from Massey University, a Post Grad Dip in Mgt from the University of Auckland and a Post Grad Cert Com (Property) from Lincoln Universty. He has worked as a Property Consultant to some of New Zealand's larger companies like United Networks (now Vector) during their fibre optic cable network roll out negotiating over 200 leases and licences with some major building owners like AMP.
He also has plenty of practical building experience having worked on the tools renovating and developing a number of properties in Mt Eden and Ponsonby in his younger days.
