Recruited for his exemplary, stand-out skills in international property marketing, project management expertise and passion for living the dream, Grant Kavali is a dynamic addition to our Waiheke Island office. He started his first restaurant business aged 21, had an international oil field career aged 23 working throughout the jungles and offshore drilling platforms of Borneo, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. Surviving a helicopter crash was the catalyst to exit oil, build a second restaurant and start a film and television career spanning 30 years, peppered with property development, e-commerce and numerous start up ventures. Investment in land fast became the calming force of a frenetic life juggling the nuances of Hollywood with the desire to settle in New Zealand. 19 years a Waiheke resident is a testimony of being goal focused and desire to live the dream. The ability to visualise the completed big picture at concept, plan each stage of development, adhere to time lines and budget defines his skills.
