Grace Rose

Grace works in a team alongside Molly and specialises in the seaside and hill suburbs of Christchurch such as Sumner and Redcliffs. As a Tenancy Manager, her role is to be the main point of contact for the tenants in her portfolio and routinely inspect the properties.

Known for her eagerness to help others, she is extremely diligent and has a calming nature to her. Grace has previous experience in the aviation industry having had worked for Air New Zealand, this has provided her with solid problem-solving skills and has enabled her to be very level headed in confronting situations.
