Introducing Gordon Wu

A third generation New Zealander, I was born and educated in Wellington and have lived in the Central city, Newtown and finally Miramar. I attended St Mark's Church School and Rongotai College and am well known and involved in the Chinese Community. I am the past president of the Tung Jung Association of New Zealand and alos a member of the commitee of the Wellington Chinese Association and the Wellington Chinese Community Group. My wide range intestes include sport, gardening. video making and also spending many hours trying to understand my computer. I am married with adult children and enjoy time with my grandchildren.

I began my career in real estate in 1979 after spending years in my father's business where I learned that success is only created by sheer hard work. Having been in business for most of my working life, I am familar with motivaiton and attitude towards customers and clietns alike and the experience I have acquired during my business years has given me the skills necessary to be a success in real estate today.

Based in the city, I focus on the Eastern and Southern suburbs of Wellington, and I am committed to help all my clients to get the best deal by enthusiasm and hard work.

I have found that people are more confident with an experienced friendly professional looking after and guiding them to a successful result. This often leads to repeat sales.

Working for Ray White and under the Real Estate Agent Authority Act of 2008, I have had an ongoing training to make me more proficient and knowledgeable in selling real estate today.
