Proud to be able to make it happen Gaye and Wayne Maddox are motivated by that expression that comes over their clients face when a deal comes to fruition. With over 25 years experience in the industry of buying and selling residential real estate their passion is for Wanganui and for helping people achieve their dreams.

Gaye and Wayne have both worked in different aspects of the real estate industry including property management and have a clear understanding of the big picture.  With Gaye’s love for building relationships and knowledge of the industry coupled with Wayne’s systematic attention to detail and expertise in building detail, they offer a well rounded expert service to their clients. 

21 years experience in the industry, Gaye holds her AREINZ - the highest qualification available in New Zealand.  Wayne joined her in 2003 bringing a more practical element to the husband and wife duo.  Committed to serving his community Wayne served in the New Zealand Fire Service for 23 years, and moved to Wanganui as the Deputy Chief.  Together they have the power to make things happen.

“We are passionate about Wanganui!”  Moving here in 1988 initially for a two year period they decided to stay and raise their two daughters.  20 years later they laugh at the thought of living anywhere else.
