Garry Pollard

Garry's Real Estate career started in Hamilton in 1986 successfully listing and selling residential properties . In 2001 Garry moved to a Real Estate commercial position specialising in Multi-Unit Investments[blocks of flats]. His previous 15 years of experience in residential and management had set Garry up to succeed in this field.

Garry quickly established himself in this role and it was not long before he had his first million dollar sale. This reflected in his Number 1 position 6 years in a row from 2002 through to 2007 and a very commendable Number 2 in New Zealand in 2005.

In January 2013 The Realty Group purchased an existing Real Estate office at Mill Street Hamilton where Garry is based and the old saying "a new broom sweeps clean " was embraced by Garry and under the new brand of Eves Hamilton he set a new personal record for listing and sales in the first 4 months , resulting in his rise in the rankings for Eves and Bayleys combined ,in the Waikato ,Bay of Plenty and Taranaki in all divisions,residential,rural,lifestyle and commercial.

Garry's passion for his business is not only evident by the above but also by the amount of repeat business and referrals he receives from satisfied clients.He has the ethics to work successfully and professionally with both vendors and buyers.
