中介简介

Owners and professionals recognise Frank for achieving maximum value in the sale, acquisition, or merger of NZ based businesses. Based on penetrating business evaluations, market analysis, and market value appraisals, Frank drives winning exit and/or acquisition strategies.

He specialises in identifying business strategies that have a dramatic impact on business exit value if implemented before sale. In addition, Frank’s strengths in marketing, documentation, negotiation, due diligence, and integration, deliver strong outcomes.

Frank has successfully completed transactions involving public companies, multinationals, and mid-market private companies, sometimes achieving sale prices a lot higher than valuations from large accounting firms.

Just as important and satisfying are the valuations, exit strategies, and successful sales of small private companies. While he focuses primarily on businesses with a value $500K - $20million, Frank makes a point of personally handling businesses of all sizes introduced by key professional referral sources.

Frank entered business consulting in 1999 and combined that with business sales/acquisitions in 2006. Prior to 1999 Frank's multi-industry background included chief executive level positions in banking; investment; manufacturing & exporting; forestry; merchant banking; security; e-technology; and more; 5 – 100 staff. He has been a director or shareholder in six of the businesses, including three profitable start-ups.

Frank headed up the NZ operations of Westpac Bank - Corporate Division's "Specialist Financing Unit" - 1986; Macquarie Bank - Macquarie Fund Management's "NZ Investment Services Arm" - 1994; and InvestmentLink (Bank/Fund Management shareholders - 1997).

Frank specialises in working collegially with accountants, lawyers, and other professional advisers, to help them deliver added-value outcomes for their clients. He has run many workshops and seminars for/with these proactive professionals and their clients. Frank believes the most effective outcomes for mid-market private businesses come from implementing a “best professional team” approach, especially for M&A activities.
