Fran Harman

Who is Fran Harman? Undoubtedly you will ask this question when considering an agent to market your property. Therefore I offer a brief outline of myself and career.

I have been married for 10 years to an amazingly supportive husband whose business allows him to be home for our 8 year old twins after school, and as required,
allowing me to focus on being the best I can be within the real estate industry, which I love.

I am entering my 5th year in real estate, following a previous background in sales and account marketing. I chose to work for Eves Realty initially due to the high company profile and strong marketshare. Within the company there is a great cross-section of sales personnel, management support and ongoing staff training. Together, Eves and I have continued strong growth and exceeded our expectations.

The market in 2012, when I started my real estate career was relatively flat. However coming out of this side of 2016 saw a massive period of growth on the coastal strip. Experiencing fluctuations in the market ensures I am well versed in the fundamentals of negotiation and highly skilled in successful auction campaigns.

Since January 2017 I have run 42 auction campaigns. 33 of these sold under the hammer at auction, 7 within 30 days post auction and another 2 within 60 days post auction. I have also marketed an additional 5 properties with an asking price and sold those 5 properties within this timeframe. This achieves a 100 percent success rate which achieves my goal for each and every client. (Data as of May 2017).

I endeavour to allieviate the stress of buying and selling property by maintaining open lines of communication in all real estate transactions,to keep clients fully informed throughout the sales and purchase process. With my positive attitude and honest and 'straight-up' approach together we can achieve a positive result all round.
