Having extensive experience in customer facing roles before joining the Ray White family 3 years ago, Evana has a wealth of knowledge gained before her real estate career, and understands the importance of identifying her landlords’ needs by listening to them and asking the right questions, because she understands one size does not fit all.
Moving into a property manager role from the administrative side of the business was a natural progression for Evana in her real estate career. She has mastered the background tasks like banking, invoicing, property letting and more, which means she is able to give her landlords advice and answer questions on the full spectrum of property management.
Evana loves being a part of the 360 Property Management team because their values align with hers - she is honest and trustworthy, as well as being loyal, reliable and, most importantly for a landlord in this day and age, proactive. She prides herself in recognising and advising landlords of maintenance before they potentially become an issue, in order to give her landlords control of their future maintenance schedule, and keeps them informed of rent and water payments that they can rely on.
As a busy mum of one, Evana still makes time to enjoy her competitive passion of indoor netball. She plays in numerous South Auckland representative teams, which energises her ambition to give her all to her clients. South Auckland is her home, so her heart is in every aspect of the work she does here.
