Working out of the Glen Eden branch, Eric Xie believes that there is no substitution in real estate for hard work, patience and communication.

A recent addition to the real estate scene, he has no shortage of previous experience. He has a qualification in Business Management and has spent three years running his own business – invaluable experience when it comes to dealing with people and knowing how to produce results.

Eric’s strengths lie in his ability to work with people from all walks of life; he loves being able to serve and work with people to achieve their dreams and thinks that making a difference in people’s lives is an incredible privilege.

For this reason, Eric has a unique ability to build positive relationships with clients. He believes that honesty and integrity are key building blocks to a successful client-agent relationship, and approaches all his transactions with open communication lines. Speaking English, Mandarin and Hokkien, he also has access to a wide network of contacts.

In his spare time, Eric loves getting involved in all things property; whether it’s staying up to date with the latest property market news, or getting his hands dirty in the garden! He loves the area of Glen Eden and loves being able to introduce first home buyers or savvy investment buyers into an area that is affordable.
