Emilia Emerich

After having a successful 5 year career as a real estate agent in Macedonia, Emilia came to New Zealand and completed a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Finance.

Before coming back to work in real estate Emilia was a travel agent and a client fund administrator in the finance industry.

She has traveled extensively for both work and pleasure. Some of the places she has visited include Italy, Malta, Croatia, Greece, England, Hungary, USA, Bahamas, Brazil, Bali and Australia.

Before settling in New Zealand she lived in London and Florida while studying the English language.

Since she moved to live in New Zealand 11 years ago she has lived on the beautiful North Shore. Mostly in the suburb of Bayswater and currently in Milford.

Her other passions apart from real estate include healthy living and exercise. You will find her at the gym most nights during the week and definitely on the weekend.

Emilia is very enthusiastic and extremely professional when dealing with clients. She listens to their needs and communicates with prompt updates.

Being an exceptional communicator with a passion to help people and ability to relate with others has built her long term client relationships. Emilia has proven her ability to achieve and exceed the goals of her clients.
