As well as being a Co-owner of Tommys Hutt Valley, Duncan is also a full time Salesperson achieving either number  1 or number 2 position for every year since 2000. He achieves this through consistent hard work and dedication to get the best for his clients, who are happy to recommend him to friends and family and business associates.

In 2016, Duncan personally sold the 2 most expensive homes in the whole of the Wellington region, outside of Wellington City. Both of these homes were in Lowry Bay, Eastbourne.
