When it comes to property, few people boast the rare blend of talents possessed by Donna Rogers, a member of the Bayleys Waiheke and Great Barrier team who also runs interior design company Donna Rogers Design.

Donna uses this broad skillset to deliver a unique service, acting as both a trusted real estate agent and a highly-experienced interior stylist. She combines her own knowledge with the extensive resources on offer at Bayleys to provide the market insights her clients need, then uses her creative flair to bring their homes to life; to highlight the distinctive features of each property she lists, and express the individual personalities of everyone she partners with.

Donna’s corporate history includes more than a decade as an On-Board Flight Supervisor for various international airlines. Here she honed her communication and negotiation skills, becoming an expert at listening and understanding the needs of people from all ages, stages and walks of life. She’s lived around the globe (including Scotland, England, Venezuela and the Middle East), gaining a deep appreciation for the different cultures which make up today’s global community.

As a Waiheke resident, Donna loves supporting, promoting and collaborating with local businesses, constantly looking for opportunities to showcase their wares. She’s a genuine ‘people person’ whose laid-back approach puts everyone at ease.
