Don McFarlane

Having brought the Ray White franchise to Te Anau in 2009, Don took a shareholding in the former business of Perpetual Real Estate and began trading as Fiordland Real Estate Ltd under the Ray White banner in April 2016. Don and his wife Alison have been the sole shareholders of the company since November 2021 and have this year, teamed up with Stephanie Jones, now sharing joint ownership of the business. With two adult children and four grandchildren in their lives, this has given Don and Alison the opportunity to spend more time with family and to enjoy their other hobbies. In his personal time Don is actively involved in the Te Anau community with his role in the Te Anau Rugby Club, the fishing competition, Rotary Club and Te Anau Events Trust, to name a few, as well as his work in involving the team in community sponsorship of the local schools, sports clubs and other local events.
