Desiree Jones

I have lived here on the East Coast of Otago my whole life. I spent my first 15 years in Evansdale before moving to Hawkesbury Village and then Waikouaiti where I currently live with my husband and three children. 
For the past 16 years I have worked in retail, Insurance and finance before I qualified with a Bachelor in Education Years 0-8 and taught as an early childhood teacher.  My husband and I also enjoy running a small farm.
I have been interested in Real Estate over the years, as my husband and I invested in properties in the area.  As a purchaser and seller myself I know what I expect from an agent and I am motivated to follow this through with honesty and professionalism.  I have followed the trends through family connections in Real Estate, working alongside reputable Nidd Realty agents.  I now feel the time is right for me to commit 100% to real estate, helping people move towards their goals. 
Living and working locally has a huge advantage in being able to achieve top results. I am involved in the community through teaching, sports, clubs and committees, this keeps me in touch with people’s needs.  Living in the community also helps me to understand the importance of confidentiality.
