Dennis is a Sales Specialist. That means that he specializes in listing property. He does not attempt to sell other people's listings as you have employed him to sell your property. Dennis has worked successfully with this unique philosophy for the last 13 years.

Dennis worked previously at Barfoot & Thompson where he sold more properties than any other salesperson in 2004-2005 financial year and then moved to First National and now Harcourts.

Prior to entering Real Estate, Dennis resurrected the run down Howick Branch of Sparkle Dry Cleaners and transformed it into the very successful Howick Dry Cleaners that still operates in Picton Street, Howick today.

Previously he was employed in the wool trade where his main thrust was in general management and administration, foreign exchange management, and freight and trade negotiations.

CORPORATE MANAGEMENT - he holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and also has the following qualifications: ACIS, Dip CM, and MCIT.

PROFESSIONAL NEGOTIATIONS - he was seconded to the New Zealand Wool Board's Policy group to bolster their negotiating team in talks with Overseas Shipowning conferences.

COMPANY ADMINISTRATION - he has been a senior manager in several companies.
