Southland born and bred Debbie joined the Ray White Invercargill team as a Commercial Sales person in 2004.  Specialising in investment sales, retail, office and industrial leasing plus business sales, she has great local knowledge and is renowned for ensuring all parties involved are fully informed.
Debbie has backed this up by completing extensive training provided by Ray White Commercial.  This means she is in the unique position locally of being a fully accredited commercial salesperson and continues to partake in ongoing training to ensure she is fully compliant in all areas commercial.  From the fundamentals on ‘earthquake prone’ buildings, analysing potential investment returns, to visualising your business needs, if she doesn’t know the answer she has the networks to find someone who does.
Along with her strong local networks, she also has a wide reaching database of national and international clients.  Striving to be the ultimate professional in all areas of her business, Debbie prides herself on her reliability, honesty, listening to your needs and being detail oriented.  Her previous 17 years experience in the hospitality industry, taught her an invaluable lesson - just how important customer service, efficiency and people skills are in ensuring a successful outcome.
