Dayne has had over 25 years in the hospitality industry starting as a chef in hotels and restaurants in New Zealand and moving up to management roles in the U.K for the worlds largest corporate catering company.
Moving back to New Zealand after five years in London, Dayne owned and operated Vino Vino Restaurant on Waiheke Island for eight extremely successful years.
Dayne understands the complexities of running, buying and selling hospitality businesses and would like to share his personal experience with buyers and sellers in a friendly and down to earth way.
