Dawn is with the Howick. branch of Pakuranga & Howick Realty. She is no stranger to the Village, Peninsula and greater Howick area where she has lived for the past 34 years.
Previously, 17 years as Managing Director of her own recruitment company Personnel Partners Ltd. Dawn understands the value of building lasting relationships with her clients. When looking for a new business venture, real estate was a natural choice because Dawn believes real estate is based on communication, trust, hearing the needs of vendors and buyers coupled with sound planning and marketing.These are all areas in which Dawn has years of experience.
Dawn says she is extremely comfortable working with vendors and buyers, identifying and matching their needs. Her excellent listening and negotiating skills have been welcomed while assisting clients find the home of their dreams.
Dawn sets herself exacting standards, yet her warm personality and ability to put people at ease are attributes that inspire confidence.
A former Auckland netball representative Dawn will also be remembered for her years of coaching both at College Rifles and Macleans College.
Dawn has been a member of the Interior Designers Guild since 1989. She is also a member of the Human Resources Institute of NZ, Auckland Branch and the Auckland Regional Chamber of Commerce.
