David Han specialises in sales, leasing and investment with a focus on commercial, investment and retail properties.

David has been helping people realise their dreams over the past 14 years and joined the real estate industry to help people through the process of buying and selling with ease within the residential and rural market place. Previous work experience included working in the Tourism industry, dealing with people face to face on a daily basis where a high level of customer service was required, being a great platform going forward into the real estate industry. David is a higher performer and whilst working with another brand achieved No1 status for several years in his branch. David is multi-lingual so can assist with many cultures wanting to buy and sell, speaking fluent English, Korean and Japanese. He has also specialised in making films for AD. He has completed a bachelor degree in Tourism Management and received a scholarship while he was studying International Business. These qualifications demonstrate David’s hard working attitude and dedication to achieve the best for his clients.

Having lived in New Zealand for the past 15 years he has gained strong ties within the immigrant communities of Auckland and takes great pride finding new business and investment properties for his clients.
