Born in Kaponga, I grew up on my parents farm in Kapuni & (apart from a stint in Ireland) I’ve lived my whole life in Taranaki.
In 2000, myself & Kel (we met each other at high school) had the opportunity to live in Ireland where I got to play rugby, get into a sales job and visit every square inch of the country.
What began as a one year excursion ended up being a five year lifestyle change, and in August 2005 we came home to an exciting few months.
In September I finished off my real estate salesperson’s certificate and began working with Brian & Christine at Taranaki Independent. In November we welcomed our first son Tyler.
Fast forward a couple of years and Ella arrived on the scene on Valentine’s Day 2008 (yes the same day as me - every one of my birthday cakes since have been of princesses, or mermaids, or just plain pink).
Exactly one year later we celebrated our wedding day (yes - three things to remember now on the one day).
I completed my Graduate Diploma In Business Studies (Real Estate) in April 2011 - gaining my AREINZ (giving me the opportunity to run my own real estate business)...
...and to the present day. Kel now manages the Lockwood Manor Motel where we live, Tyler & Ella attend Welbourn Primary School and we welcomed baby Molly on the 12th of August 2013.
