中介简介

David Anderson is tenacious in his mission to optimise values for his vendor clients in the competitive and dynamic inner city and fringe property market.

From rural Queenstown roots, David is a natural communicator with an ability to engender trust in his clients who appreciate his ‘go get ‘em’ attitude towards finding the best buyer.

David is genuinely intent on getting the top dollar possible in any given market, and his record-breaking sales credentials reflect this across multiple apartment buildings where his results continue to break new ground.

An experienced property investor with a family background in property development and property management, coupled with practical experience from a trade in the construction industry, David has a strong and pragmatic approach to creating solutions for your Real estate needs.

Aside from real estate, David’s innate tenacity saw him become the youngest member of the New Zealand Freestyle Ski Team at 17 years old, representing New Zealand on the World Cup circuit and qualifying for the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano. Other sporting achievements include playing tennis provincially, multiple entries as a competitor in the Coast-to-Coast, (team and individual), Ice Hockey and football. Still finding time to play sports, David has a good understanding of his personal strength’s and how they can be translated into a market advantage for his clients.

David brings drive and down-to-earth good guy values to the real estate arena  and job well done in David’s book is a premium price for his vendor, transparent ‘go to whoa’ dealings, and ultimately, gaining a client for life.

Testimonials

Hi Hamish and David

I just wanted to thank you both for working so hard on my behalf – I known yesterday afternoon wasn’t easy for any of us, but you did very well to at least bring me an offer and after a night of sleeping on it, I feel so relieved to have an unconditional agreement in place. I now eagerly look forward to 24th August, releasing this noose on my life and moving forward.

It has been a true pleasure working with you both, and meeting you David – I do hope Auckland treats you and your wife well and that you are enjoying your new life up here. Thank you both for your kindness and caring.
