Dave Lane

Dave has held previous positions in Sales Management for two companies. This previous experience has been an asset toward dealing in commercial real estate. It has given him the required demeanour in dealing with high powered investors and vendors. He has developed effective local knowledge throughout the North Shore of Auckland, expanding further afield where required. Now with over 11 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, he has gained a wealth of experience in both sales and leasing. Dave is capable of bringing parties together to offer a solution and ultimately sign a deal that will have all the marks of integrity and professionalism expected of the team at NAI Harcourts North Shore. He is a member of the Real Estate Institute NZ and licensed sales consultant under the REAA Act 2008.
