A Queenstown resident for more than 35 years, Dave holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lincoln University majoring in rural and urban Property Valuation and Management. He is a senior member of the New Zealand Property Institute and the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. Dave attained his real estate Salesman's licence in 1983.
