Daryll represents a new breed of the young, energetic real estate professional. His determination to succeed saw him achieve multiple awards in his BA/LLB at the University of Auckland, and Daryll is now putting that same determination into working for his clients in real estate. Daryll appreciates the complexities of the sale and purchase process and aims to make the event as stress-free as possible for his clients. During his university years he worked for a landscape gardening company, so has an eye for making the best of a property’s presentation. Following his graduation, Daryll was retained as a tutor by the University of Auckland to teach contract law and legal systems, and being the people-person that he is, he loved the engagement with his students. Prior to joining Barfoot & Thompson, Daryll spent two years involved in personal home care assisting in the recovery of a person with a serious illness. With this combination of different experiences, Daryll is able to bring a balanced view of events when assisting his clients.
In his spare time, Daryll is passionate about off-road running, having been involved in his earlier years in competitive running under the coaching guidance of the late Arthur Lydiard. He enjoys all sports and would readily admit to being something of a fitness fanatic.
Having spent his early years growing up in Mount Albert and Point Chevalier, Daryll is back home to the area and people he loves. His goal is to give back to the community that holds such fond memories for him, and provide local residents the most genuine customer service possible.
