Daniel joined Bayleys in 2013 as the Team Leader for Commercial and Industrial sales and leasing, his relative youth in this role has seen a fresh new approach to leadership which has helped develop a high achieving sales team in both Napier and Hastings. 

Specialising in commercial and industrial developments, working closely with local and national tenants matching their needs with local developers.

Determined to show his clients’ that he can deliver on the undertakings he gives them, Daniels strong work ethic and intelligent approach to real estate consistently sees him achieve great results, to the extent that much of his business today comes from referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients. The ultimate compliment in a competitive industry.

In 2017 Daniel, James Macpherson and Kerry Geange purchased the Bayleys franchise for Hawkes Bay and Waiarapa, Eastern Realty Limited for Hawkes Bay and Wairarapa.
