Craig was born and raised on a farm which instilled a strong work ethic in him from day one, and that has always stayed with him. His experience is wide and varied, from working on different types of farms in New Zealand, Canada, and Australia, the freezing works, full time sheep shearing being capable of shearing over 300 ewes a day, plus owning and running a 760ha sheep and cattle farm, Craig knows what hard work, dedication and competitiveness are all about. In more recent years Craig has been involved in the tourism industry, owning and managing motels and an airport shuttle business, he loves working with people from all walks of life. Being a family man with four children and a grandson, Craig understands and relates well to the needs of families – his wonderful wife Cristiane is true testament to this and is his greatest supporter.
