Both offices are highly successful, a happy situation Colin says is due in large part to his diligent and mainly long-serving teams of salespeople. Before real estate sales and management, Colin had a 19 year background in banking, a background which even today stands him and his many clients in good stead. Colin says his secret to success is in three parts – one: “In real estate, you have to have high energy levels,” two: “You have to have a positive attitude,” and three: “It’s necessary to have a real passion and enthusiasm for what you do.” He is also an accredited auctioneer, and lives and works locally on the Hibiscus Coast.
