Having spent over a decade in the industry, Clay understands the pressures that can be involved with owning property. After completing both a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce from one of New Zealand’s most respected universities, he continued on to establish and run several of his own businesses to help fund his drive for continued education. After completing his degrees he moved into challenging and customer focused roles at Auckland Council and as marketing manager for well-known Auckland restaurants.
These high pressure and self-directed roles equipped him with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Both necessary attributes to have when working within the property management.
Clay has dedicated his life to his customers, and understands the importance of time, which is one of the reasons he loves his job. His management ability means he frees up your time, assisting you to concentrate on life’s important things outside of your property portfolio.
