Christine Thomas

Christine Thomas has worked in real estate since 1998, gaining her graduate’s diploma in Business Studies (endorsed Real Estate) from Massey University in 2002 and Christine became an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute (AREINZ) in that same year.

Having held management positions in the real estate industry, your key asset is in very safe hands. With more than nineteen years of experience selling a wide spectrum of real estate throughout New Zealand, Christine has an excellent knowledge of property sales, whether in the rural and lifestyle sectors luxury properties including trophy properties such as Mana Lodge, the treasured home of the late broadcaster, Sir Paul Holmes, coastal and residential, to horticulture and viticulture blocks

More recently Christine has shown her ability in successfully marketing and selling top end residential and rural properties in and around Mangawhai and its surrounding areas.

Her former career in television and print journalism brings a high degree of professionalism in marketing and communications, with an exceptional record in real estate over the years and hundreds of successful sales, worth tens of millions of dollars.

Christine and her family have strong ties to the North, owning property in Mangawhai and Mahinepua in the Far North. Christine has also worked out of Keri Keri selling rural and coastal properties and has a strong network in Northland. She is passionate about landcare and is a member of Kiwi Coast to Coast and the Mahinepua Radar Hill Landcare groups.

Outside of work, Christine and her family love the beach, boating, dog walking and pretty much any outdoor pursuits, including tennis and golf.
