Christian Kellar

Christian Kellar has an LLB/BA from the University of Canterbury and before joining Colliers was practising in a property law firm. He has excelled as a junior broker, building a track record of successful lease negotiations and investment sales totaling more than $15 million. These include: 106F Carmen Road in Hornby; 43 Canada Crescent also in Hornby; and 17 March Place, Belfast. Christian has worked with several vendors of ‘as is where is’ properties and completed a number of effective sales including: 23 Leeds Street, Phillipstown; 6 Hillview Road, Phillipstown; 72 Treffers Road, Sockburn; and 526 Wairakei Road. Christian is enthusiastic about building relationships with vendors and landlords and continuing to achieve excellent result for his clients.
