No stranger to the complexities of the New Zealand’s real estate market. Cheryl has established a firm reputation as a standout performer in the industry.

Over her impressive 36 year career she has worked in sales,owning her own offices and managing branches and building successful teams to consistently achieve outstanding results for her clients.

Cheryl’s current role at Ray White Auckland Central sees her working close to all the suburbs she loves including Parnell, a location she loves and has resided in for over 26 years

 As a very experienced real estate salesperson, Cheryl has recently been involved in listing and sales of exclusive high end exclusive apartment developments. This role brings all of her skills into play - from her experience in the real estate industry and her passion for property to her sales skills, negotiation expertise, management and flair for marketing.

Not afraid of a challenge, Cheryl’s enthusiasm is contagious and her drive obvious to all who meet her. She lives life to the full, loves her family and friends and gives 100% commitment to all she does, whether in or out of the workplace.

For the last twenty five years Cheryl has been a volunteer fundraiser on the Mercy Hospice Auckland fundraising committee. She really enjoys working with this amazing group of fundraisers These same women together have created a charitable trust, of which Cheryl is one of the trustees, who work alongside and have the blessing of the board from Mercy Hospice, to raise much needed funds for Mercy Auckland and are known as FOM, ‘Friends of Mercy’.  

Cheryl’s career began in 1987 at Challenge Real Estate, Remuera. She quickly discovered a passion for property and, in 1993, purchased the Challenge Remuera franchise, and remained as franchise owner/director when the Challenge Group was purchased by LJ Hooker in 1997.

During this time Cheryl was very proud to attain her AREINZ

Over the years, Cheryl worked hard to build her business and the brand in Parnell, Remuera and the surrounding Suburbs.

Her passion, dedication and professionalism saw her named as number one NZ salesperson for three consecutive years; number one in the country for Marketing Excellence from 1990-2000; and number one for most auctions listed and sold in New Zealand in 1993. She was also a finalist for Auckland District Salesperson of the year in 1993 and 1994.

After selling her Remuera Franchise in 2001, Cheryl opened the first Premium Real Estate franchise south of the Harbour Bridge, based in Parnell. Once again, her hard work and tenacity saw her grow the franchise and further her reputation as one of the best in the business.

In 2007, Cheryl sold the franchise and began her seven-year career with Barfoot & Thompson Parnell as the Manager of the Parnell branch. During this time, she developed and fostered a strong, loyal and successful team, and – under her leadership – the branch thrived.

For family reasons Cheryl resigned from this position.

For a new challenge, Cheryl accepted a role as Sales and Marketing Manager and Licensee for an exclusive development and over the next four years she built and fostered a team of salespeople who all attained their salespersons certificates and went on to become successful sales people in their own right.

Then the opportunity to work in sales at Ray White with Holly Cassidy came up and Cheryl seized the chance to work alongside her Granddaughter.
