Jeremy and Cheryl are focussed on helping people buy and sell their homes on Whangaparaoa and the Hibiscus Coast. They joined the Bayleys team over 7 years ago and work on a daily basis on the residential and coastal property market.

They have been selling Real Estate on Whangaparaoa and the Hibiscus Coast for over 35 years and are passionate about their piece of paradise. As a professional team of highly qualified Real Estate consultants they provide a personal and professional service to their clients that is unparalleled.

Who we are

Jeremy has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1969.  After working in private practice as a Registered Valuer for a number of years, he moved back to Real Estate sales, starting Milton Realty Ltd in Orewa in 1982.  He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the business along with an excellent reputation and a commitment to achieving the best possible results for his clients. 

Cheryl joined Jeremy as partner – in business and in life - in 1981.  She has great empathy and a passion for working with people.  She specialises in the creative marketing and sale of residential homes and coastal properties. Cheryl is committed to working in partnership with her clients with sensitivity and skill.
