Catherine’s commitment to working with people has seen her join the team at Property Brokers Palmerston North.

Catherine was born in Hong Kong, and educated there and in England.  She has a Master of Arts in Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of Exeter and over a decade of experience working for local government in the UK. She also has years of experience working in the highly-competitive Hong Kong private sector. Having moved to New Zealand with her Kiwi husband and their son in 2014, she decided to specialise in Real Estate. Catherine loves a challenge and has been described as an approachable, hard-working, reliable and trustworthy person. In a short period of time in real estate, she has helped many happy and satisfied clients buy and sell property in Palmerston North.

Catherine is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and she has some Welsh too.  She is also technologically savvy, but still knows the importance and effectiveness of traditional means of communication and marketing.  She is thus well suited for introducing new buyers into the market, communicating with a wide range of clients, and promoting her clients’ homes to a wide audience.  Catherine is a strong negotiator and skilled in creating customised marketing campaigns for each individual listing.  She also has a track record for finding the right houses for her buyers.
