ISLAND GIRL!

Carley Allinson spent 20 years on Great Barrier Island successfully running several of her own businesses and spending 10 years in finance. She is the eldest of six children and mother of three. In 2011 she moved to Waiheke Island for her children’s education.

Island living is good living! From a small town in the Bay of Plenty and onto living and holidaying on the Gulf Islands, Carley is certainly convinced as to how fabulous it is being part of small communities and living in paradise.

Carley enjoys people and is a natural, down to earth, friendly woman. With a love of sport, cooking and entertaining she has an eye that sees every house as a home.

She has worked in hospitality, local schools, wedding and events management, medical and finance. In 2012 she started a successful career with Bayleys Waiheke and has bought her talent of sales and administrative skills to the team.

Her calming manner and ability to succeed are all testament to working under pressure and maintaining professionalism gained from her previous careers.

Carley establishes a connection with clients with her genuine, friendly approach, immediately forming a relationship of trust and respect essential in the real estate industry.

We recently purchased our Waiheke property with Carley managing the sale from start to end. Ours was a somewhat complex scenario, we split our time between New Zealand and London.
