Bruce Young

With a 17-year portfolio in commercial, business and residential real estate, Bruce Young is one of the more desirable agents in the Southland region.

Prior to real estate, Bruce had a long career with the former Lands & Survey Department, initially as a survey draughtsman and later as a property officer managing the Ngai Tahu Land Bank properties and disposal of surplus NZ Railway Corporation land – this combined, he is one of the region’s most experienced and knowledgeable agents.

Living in Gore, Bruce has a keen appreciation of the local residential market and, as a property investor himself, understands the needs of home buyers, investors and vendors alike.
